Return Policy

GREECE

In case you wish a refund, you may return the product to us within 14 calendar days since the date you received the product and then we proceed to the refund, either in the form of a credit note or in cash. Full refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the product. The return of the product is free of charge provided that it is due to an error on our part. In every other case, the shipping cost will be borne by you.  In addition, in case your order has exceeded 300.00 euros you will be charged the initial shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.

The refund policy does not apply to products on offer or discount, to products of previous collections or to orders with credit notes or giftcards. In these cases, we may issue for you a credit note for our e-shop, which we will send to you in your e-mail. This credit note will be valid for a period of one year, since received it.


All the returns must be made by courier companies and delivered to our premises. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent by post.

The product is at your own risk until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

If you ship with ACS courier, you have the option to charge the shipping costs to our ACS code and we will deduct the amount from your refund. For more information, please contact us.


We will accept the return only if there is no damage or wear, and if the product is accompanied by its receipt of purchase.

 All the items are thoroughly inspected upon return to us.

If a product is returned in improper condition, it will not be accepted.

Please make sure that the products are properly packaged (not necessarily in the original packaging) and that they will not be damaged en route during shipping.

In order to return a product, you need to know the order number. We cannot process the transaction without this detail, so make sure that you have completed the “return form” and that you have included it in your return package. You can find the "return form" here.

We take no responsibility for any products returned to us by mistake.

We recommend you to retain your shipping/courier receipt until the return process is complete and receive an email from us stating that we have received your return shipment.

Returns are not accepted in the earrings and the thermos categories.

 

REPLACEMENT

You may replace a product for the same product in a different size or color or for any other product of any collection with the same or higher price. In case you wish to replace a product you may return the product to us within 14 calendar days from the initial receipt by you. The return of the product is free of charge provided that it is due to an error on our part. In every other case, the shipping cost will be borne by you.  You can only make two replacements per product.

Τhe 10% discount due to your subscribe in our website is valid just for your initial order. The aforementioned discount will not be calculated in case you wish to replace the product. In this case the replacement will be made without the discount, and it will be based on the initial price of the product you wish to replace.   

Changes are not accepted in the earrings and the thermos categories.

ABROAD

In case of replacement of a product you need to contact with us and make a new order, before you return the product.

The policy of customs varies significantly from country to country. We recommend you to get informed regarding the taxes that will be charged in order to receive our products. Please note that customs duties may affect delivery time.

We would like to inform you that during bank holidays or national holidays in your country, deliveries might not take place. In such cases, we will receive your order the next business day.

For all other issues related to the return or replacement of products from foreign customers, the above policy of return and replacement of products from customers within Greece applies.
